Hi, I’m Denise, and this is my story…

Once upon a time, there was an Italian girl, shy and introverted, who grew up in a humble village in northern Italy. Uninterested in academics, she began working at 15, navigating a world filled with uncertainties, fears, and feelings of invisibility, worthlessness, and inadequacy. These challenges sparked her curiosity about human psychology, leading her to dive into personal growth and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a journey that transformed her life forever.

She devoured books on self-help and NLP with a passion she’d never known. The more she learned, the stronger her desire grew to break free from frustration and negative emotions that felt out of place in her world. She was determined to find her true self and her path to success.

After years of unfulfilling jobs and relationships, she took a bold step. Sitting at her computer, she searched for opportunities abroad. Armed with years of NLP study and personal growth, she aced a three-day interview and landed a job as an entertainer, marking the start of a new chapter.

Her journey took her to four countries: Egypt, Portugal, the Canary Islands, and Australia, filled with successes and setbacks. One particularly tough moment came while working on a remote farm in Australia, surrounded by spiders, isolation, and uncertainty. Feeling trapped, she leaned on her NLP training to manage anxiety, fears, and insecurities, refusing to let those moments define her.

Then came a life-changing call: an opportunity to work remotely in personal development with an American company. This gave meaning to her struggles and set her on a path to empower others. Returning to Italy, she embarked on a rigorous education process, eventually moving back to Portugal to pursue her professional dreams.

Now, as a Mental Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Consultant with over 20 years of experience and €3M+ in sales across products and services, I’m a proud entrepreneur and passionate dreamer. Since 2018, I’ve been certified by the iNLP Center and am an ICF member, specializing in helping entrepreneurs overcome self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and unresourceful mindsets to skyrocket their performance.

Through Heroes Coaching, I help entrepreneurs, often introverted, anxious, or struggling with low confidence, transform their careers. Using pragmatic NLP techniques, proven sales strategies, and transformative coaching, I guide them to clarify their goals, elevate their personal brand, and close deals with confidence. My sessions, fueled by passion and authenticity, typically resolve challenges in 1-3 sessions, delivering impactful, lasting change.

My mission is to shift entrepreneurs from a survivor mindset to a Hero mindset, helping them dominate their markets and live fulfilling, successful lives.
