Hi, I am Denise and this is my story…

Once upon a time, there was an Italian girl, very shy and introverted, who lived with her humble family in a village in northern Italy.

Not interested in studying, she began working at 15 years old.

Her teenage years spent among a thousand uncertainties, fears, and the terrible feelings of invisibility, worthlessness, inadequacy, and inferiority, led her to become interested in human psychology, to better understand herself and others, so taking a path of personal growth that changed her life forever.

She had never read that much before, neither with such a passion. The more she was growing, and the more she felt growing inside the desire to rebel against her frustrations, all those negative emotions that surrounded her and began to feel out of place in the society in which she lived. She was growing inside the desire to find “herself” and her path.

So one day, after years of failed relationships and underpaid jobs, she decided to sit down in front of her computer to look out for a job abroad.

The years spent on NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), self-help, and personal growth books enabled her to overcome a 3-day interview where she was hired as an entertainer.

From there on a series of successes and failures brought her to live and work in 4 different countries: Egypt, Portugal, the Canary Islands, and Australia. But during this last trip, she has had several hard times.

At one point, she found herself living and working on a farm in the middle of nowhere, dirty, full of spiders, no mobile, and a roughly stranger guy and she wanted to run away from that nightmare!

Again the years of NLP study, helped her manage her emotions including anxiety, fears, and insecurities.

She received shortly her life call which gave meaning to everything she had lived until then.

During the call, she was told that she could start working remotely in the personal development field with an American company.

After various adventures and some ups and downs, she went back to Italy where she began a long process of education.

Gradually the project evolved, and she moved back to Portugal to realize her personal and professional dreams, her mission is to create an unconventional online school where bringing people to self-actualization is the final goal.

She studied with the American school iNLP Center and since 2018 she is a passionate Life Coach & NLP Master Practitioner (ICF member), who specializes in helping stuck, unfulfilled and unmotivated people to find their life purpose, change their mindsets, overcome self-sabotage and limiting beliefs, and finally fulfill their lives by reaching self-actualization.

She is a proud entrepreneur, warrior, and big dreamer, showing the world it is possible to live a fulfilling dream life.

With pragmatic NLP techniques, proven strategies, and a spiritual lead, her sessions have shown outstanding results.

Her experience so far is been with 25-45 years old males and females, executives, managers, and entrepreneurs who were introverted, anxious, insecure, with low self-esteem, and a stuck/negative/unresourceful mindset and looking to improve their personal and professional life.

She loves every single session because she does it with all her passion and soul and usually manages any kind of problem/project between 1-3 sessions.

With the project Heroes Coaching her mission is to help her clients shift their survivor mindset to a Hero mindset creating impactful lasting changes. 

Having a fresh approach where authenticity, courage, fun, positivity, and magic are a must, she wants to inspire the world and teach many how to live their best life.
